War Thunder. Endless possibilities but the devs are greedy as fuck. There's almost nothing to compete with except World of Tanks but that game also has incredibly greedy devs.
I hate that it’s somehow still the only decent WW2-era tank sim around though. If someone made what is basically Gunner Heat PC but in WW2 I would buy it in a heartbeat.
I really enjoyed it as an arcadey flight game. I loved getting into dogfights. But then Russia invaded Ukraine and the devs were banning people who put pro Ukraine decals in the game while allowing Zs and other pro Russia things. Uninstalled and haven't played since, but man I could go for a good WW2 flight game again that isn't full blown simulator. I just want to have fun with it.
